We do it all for you: search for your ideal home, send photographs with one of our team members in the photo to indicate that the photograph is  an original and not out of a glossy magazine or off the internet.

 

RENTING or BUYING:

You give us your requirement e.g. LOCATION, 4BED,  2Bath, A/C, dishwasher, house, villa, schools, transport.

PRICE YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY TO  $500pw or $750K to buy

 

 

Let's go through the preliminarily with you.

  • A PAMD Form 20A: Appointment of Agent - Sales and Purchase, is required before HRD House Hunter can begin the search (FORM will be forwarded upon request) either for renting  or buying a property.
  • $700 for searching for either service (Buying or Renting)
  • RENTING: Ensure the property is clean and keys available on time.
  • PURCHASING there is a further charge of 2% of the Purchase Price to be paid when property goes unconditional.
  • Searching by the House Hunter Team will only begin once the deposit has been paid into the Business Account.
  • When the property is found further Forms must be signed - in the case of buying another Form 20 will be required with the Selling Agent - Renting a Form 18a General Tenancy Agreement is required which will be faxed or emailed to you and the original to be signed upon arrival.
  • PURCHASING: - We will arrange a Building Inspection( of your choice) or one chosen by HouseHunter, Local Solicitors (if required), plus ensuring property is clean and keys available on handover.
  • A full criteria must be supplied (e.g. LOCATION, NUMBER OF BEDS, BATHROOMS, A/C, etc

A service which is also associated with our Company is Security.  WPM Security is a private firm the Director has 38years of experience and holds a open licence.

After working in the Security Arena for as many years as I have, I have been required  as a spokesperson on committees about the security in building or grounds on many occasions.  I was also one the people who devised an evacuation plan for royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
